| Certain versions of Norton
Anti-Virus have caused problems with Quicken and Writer's Workbench.
The symptoms are: With Quicken, the system seems to come to a crawl.
With Writer's Workbench, not only does the system come to a crawl, but
some analyses (especially Diversity, Abstract, Vagueness, Negative, and
Transitions) even time out waiting for the analysis to appear.
FIX: Go to the Symantec Norton Anti-Virus Web site, and download the latest version (or patch for your version) of Norton Anti-Virus.
